Orders are processed within 5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
International Shipping
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination, and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are unable to replace or refund orders shipped to an incorrect address.
Delivery Notes
Once an order is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of the expected delivery, please reach out—we’re always happy to help.

Return & Exchange Policy
Starting a Return
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@stitchedbyelles.com with the following information:

Should packaging be opened or damaged in any way, we have the right to deny return
Please note: Our physical address is for administrative purposes only. Returns sent without prior approval, incomplete documentation, or to an incorrect address will not be accepted.
Once a return label has been issued, items must be shipped back within 14 days to remain eligible for a refund.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can promptly review the issue and make it right.

Refunds
